Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All sales are considered final. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package if you would like to make a return.
We will consider return for store credit or exchange on a case by case basis. We should receive your returned item within 7 days of delivery. Returns after 7 days will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items must be returned in a same condition as they were received. Any original packaging, including dust bags, boxes must be included and undamaged. If original tags are present, they must be attached.
We cannot accept for return any item that has been damaged or worn after you receive it.

We are partnered up with one of the leading Authentication Company's "Entrupy" as well as 3rd Party Authentificator's to ensure the highest level of inspection & Authenticity for every Item.
We ship all orders within 1-3 business days from the time of receipt of payment.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Insurance and signature confirmation is included for Designer items.
All items are issued a USPS tracking number.
The Plume Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
